  • Yes, travelers from many countries, including the USA, UK, EU member states, Canada, Australia, and Japan, need a visa to enter Indonesia. You can obtain a 30-day Visa on Arrival (VOA) for purposes such as tourism, business meetings, or official visits. The VOA costs 500,000 Indonesian Rupiah, payable in cash or by card, and is valid for a single entry. Ensure your passport is valid for at least six months from your date of entry and that you have a return or onward ticket. Most major airports and seaports in Indonesia issue VOAs.

Alternatively, you can apply for an e-Visa on Arrival (e-VOA) online before your trip, which may expedite the entry process.
